My car broke down in VOC last Friday afternoon. By the time we got it jumped - no way - towed, and diagnosed, it was too late to get it repaired. Wait until Monday. Trouble was, we were in town from San Diego and needed to return the next day - Saturday. Jack snagged the necessary part when the store opened Saturday morning, picked me up in Cottonwood where we were staying, drove to VOC, and fixed our Kia Sorrento in the parking lot. It turned out to be VERY challenging to get to the starter. Jack stuck with it and got us back on the road in time to get home Saturday night. My experience with Jack could not have been better. This guy was amazing. I called him and he was out here the next day. With me being from out of town him being noble was amazing.
